When I bought the 24" snow blower, I filled out & mailed the warranty registration form with receipt to Sno-Tek. I emailed the picture of serial number to your customer service this time as well. The reason I called your customer service is to get verification of my...

Lawn mower stopped going forward or backward. I only had the lawn mower for maybe a year, year and a half (obviously too long to return it to the store I purchased it from). I took the transaxle off and noticed the rotating cam was broken. I thought I could just order...

Plastic rotating cams are only good up to 32 volts and minimal (hp) ... sounds like this manufacturer screwed up the design stage trying to save just a few cents over a temper...

Purchased a Ariens 911194 Classic LM21SW push mower in the spring of 2016. I less than a half acre 1-2X week. By the end of 2017 the drive system in the mower was making a lot of clanking and stalling. I disassembled the drive assembly and ended up replacing almost...

Ariens - Allen Bruce Moore

This tractor is a piece of *** Since I bought it from home Depot it starts burned oil. I have to change the spark plugs everyday. I have to fix the Deck myself. The bolts keep coming loose or the clamps would come off. I'm about ready to put lemons on it and ride around it on my trailer. To let people it's a bad tractor. My rating on this is 1. I'll never buy another one. Thanks Allen Bruce Moore

I'm having a similar issue with an Airens lawn mower. I bought at end of May 2017. I followed all maintenance instructions & drained gas out in Nov. Put fresh oil & gas in, made sure the filter was clean. Started it up, made 2 cuts around the yard, it made a loud...

Well, you are almost there----------you took it to a John Deere dealer apparently. Give the Ariens to them or see if they will give you a few dollars in trade for a new John D...

Most self propelled tools use a fan belt and pulleys. When you engage it it just tightens up the belt so the pulleys take up the slack in the belt and it turns the pulleys. Sounds like it just needs to either be adjusted or worst case a new fan belt. I know my...
